"I tried to ship a dollhouse on Ebay. I called to get a quote for a 36x24x24 box. Pete told me he'd have to make it from two boxes. The boxes would cost 30 dollars, plus peanuts and tape. I also specifically asked for the box to stay within the 36x24x24 specs as the label was prepaid. He called me after packing it and the bill was 87.87. He charged me for labor. I told him he didn't tell me he charged for labor. He said rudely, "What do you expect? You want me to work for free?" I told him I was very upset, but I'd come in a pay. When I came in to see the box, the box was not within the specified size. It was 38.5 x 24 x 24, so that means UPS is going to charge me for overages. I was very clear with him what size of box I needed, and it was on the label. He paid no attention to it. I was paid 100 dollars for the dollhouse on Ebay. I was charged 87.87 for packing it and I will be charged overage fees, because he packed the box bigger than I asked him to. This is going to cost me more money than I was paid for the dollhouse. He did not care at all that I was upset. Buyers Beware if you are on a budget or trying to ship on Ebay. This will end up costing you."

"Big fans of this place. Went yesterday to get a bunch of legal documents notarized. Required notary plus two witnesses. Which mean all three staff there had to help. Julia (or perhaps Julie?) the notary was great. Very organized and professional. She handled the whole complicated process efficiently and quickly. Even with a bunch of other customers coming and going. Without her organization it could have been very difficult. The store is also totally COVID compliant. Every one had masks. Safety protocol was in place. Very clean, well managed place."

"We went in with a large bendy item to ship across the country and the team were initially quite unhelpful as we tried to work out how best to pack the item to save money on the shipping. Eventually, we gave up, paid and left a little frustrated. The next day, they called us back to say they were working again on trying to pack it more economically and see if they could save us money. By taking a little bit of extra time they saved us over $100 on the initial price we paid. Overall, it seems like the management care about taking the time to do their best work, which can often be hard to find."

"Very well run business by people who care. FedEx lost my passport renewal application and Pak Mail was very proactive in letting me know and communicating with FedEx. When it was clear the package was lost for good (FedEx gives up after 8 days and you're on your own), Pak Mail did everything possible to make sure I got another application out the next day."
