The Best Option, LLC, located at 3700 Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio, Texas, is a health institution dedicated to providing integrated substance abuse counseling, educational opportunities, and Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) for individuals seeking to live a life free from alcohol, drug use, and battering behavior. The institution is partnered with Bexar County Community Supervision and Corrections Department and Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Parole Division to achieve these goals. The staff, consisting of Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors (LCDCs), Certified Anger Resolution Therapists (CARTs), Community Health Workers (CHWs), and BIPP facilitators, offers comprehensive services and guidance in developing healthy coping skills to maintain an alcohol and drug-free lifestyle. Bilingual services and counselors are available. The BIPP Program consists of 20 weeks, including assessment, orientation, and weekly groups. Anger Management Groups and Life Skills/Stress Management Groups are also offered virtually.
