"I recently had to relocate on short notice for my job. I was contacted by multiple companies after filling out for estimates online. The prices varied a lot with many of the companies being very pushy. I decided to choose New City Moving USA after speaking with Matthew. He asked more questions then some of the other companies and I just felt better about the customer service they offered. After reserving I was picked up within a few days. They told me they'd be there between 10am-12pm. They showed up at 1:30pm, however the driver called and told me he was running behind. No biggie. The movers themselves. did a great job. They were careful with my furniture, worked hard and made sure everything was wrapped really tight and packed good. The delivery only took a couple days. I want to thank the staff at New City Moving for doing a excellent job. I felt that they genuinely cared and as a result they made my move a lot easier especially considering it was planned last minute. It was easy to contact them when I needed help. I will recommend them to anyone I know needing to move."
