"Our broker, Berni Morales, despite having a contract in place that clearly said need POD in 48h, which we sent in after 26h and have email proof, charged us a late document fee without any valid reason. When asked he told us he doesn't like us and he doesn't care. I'm not sure if he was being racist because of our dispatchers accent or what was the issue but it was a clear breach of our agreement. We expected professionalism and transparency from the brokerage, but their actions have shown a complete disregard for our partnership. It is unacceptable to impose charges without proper justification. We urge other businesses in the trucking industry to exercise caution when dealing with this brokerage. Their lack of integrity and failure to honor contractual obligations raises serious concerns about their credibility and reliability. We hope that our negative experience serves as a warning to others and prompts the brokerage to rectify their actions and improve their business practices. "2 different dispatchers because they don’t want to do their jobs. Absolutely horrible attitudes they are not willing to help. Very unprofessional! Will have you wanting in loads for days.
