"I like it here but it's supposed to be 24/7 but they dude that works third shaft be looking the store up at night. So that's not 24/7. Get a new night working."

"Worst experience I’ve had at a convenience store. The cashier/ owner continued to play his video games on his phone while ringing up my items. He was screaming “jumping jacks” into his phone and for a second I thought he was telling me to do them in order to get my stuff HA. No eye contact, said absolutely nothing to me."

"They prices are ridiculous , there is already 2 times that 2 employees try to charge me 16 for a pizza, because they put it 8 slices instead of 1 whole pizza, I try to explain but both get mad at me and deny to attend me. This location is just garbage.I already do the report with 7eleven"

"I came here on 11/16, a little before 9PM. The employee behind the counter was on his phone and let’s say his interaction wasn’t quite work friendly. When I told him what I wanted, he misunderstood so when I corrected him he had somewhat of a negative tone. While I was paying, he was questioning my order which I don’t need to explain to him. I came to buy what I wanted in the quantity that I wanted, whether it makes sense to him or not (it makes it feel like the employee is judging you). I will not return to this 7-Eleven and I hope that his manager is reading this. Your employee clearly needs additional training in professionalism, customer service and customer connection."

"I’ve been going to this 7/11 for a year now, and I only have an issue now because of the covid-19 situation. I don’t know who owns this 7/11, all I know is they are a bad owner. Non of the employees besides maybe 1 will wear a face mask, the employees don’t enforce wearing mask, which can make things worse if an employee had covid-19 and giving it to others whom Enter the store. The 7/11 on 399 S Prospect Ave, does a lot better job, and has far greater selections of snack and drink beverage. I would recommend that location from what I experienced. It’s astonishing how the owner or manager can let this even happen, compromising their employees and customers health. It should be taken more serious. I would change my perspective on the store when I see improvements. I will now be taking my business to the 7/11 mentioned in this review"
