"As I live in Texas, I have never so much as seen this business, but let me tell you - if you want customer service at its very finest, please patronize this store. My best friend just graduated from university with her BSN. I wanted to send her a bottle of champagne but sending liquor across state lines is nearly impossible unless you are a business. I found this business, told them my situation and David - wonderful, helpful, David - advised me about champagnes (Dom Perignon was not available), and told me he would deliver it himself! Amazing! I am so pleased and enormously grateful! If you live in the area, stop by; and tell David that I sent you!"
"So rude. I would never support a company that treats customers like I experienced. Not only did the owner add things to the customers purchase pile, when the customers said no, the owner instructed the person behind the counter to scan it anyway. This is not ok. The owner is a bully and only cares about making money. He has zero respect for anyone coming through his door."
"They have a good selection. However, the last two out of three bottles of wine (different types/brands) were corked! Clearly they don’t go through their large inventory fast enough because I wasted $60 on bad wine. They don’t issue refunds. Plus, it’s in Cook County so the taxes are a joke. They forced my hand to the new place or Binnys"
