"Thank You Dr. Burdin for seeing me when I was sick .His staff is kind and helped me get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Burdin himself showed so much compassion to me . He was kind, answered all my questions, patient ,and even helped me as I walked to get an ex-ray. I can not say enough about this doctor. He even called with a follow up to see how I was doing. I am forever grateful the Care he gave me."

"Office staff is extremely rude. Told me the doctor would call me about a refill on a medication and then he never called and they refused to fill it over the weekend. I insisted on speaking to the doctor and he was even worse than his front desk employees. He told me his front staff said I cursed them out, which never happened. Then Dr. Burdin said I was a liar and because I missed an appointment because I was vomiting with a headache that I should have went to the emergency room and because I didn’t it wasn’t an emergency he would charge 50$ for no show, which is understandable, but he continued to be rude and argue with me and insist I was a liar and that he watched his staff dial my number and try to reschedule for an appointment but I didn’t answer my phone. That was not true at all. I have my phone record to prove it and told him this but he still said I was a liar? I’ve never felt so disrespected by a doctor."
