"I booked an appointment with this counseling office and then immediately cancelled the same day as I realized medication could not be prescribed. The doctor, Mr.Growcock has now been committing insurance fraud and billing my insurance as he has my information on file from when I booked. I have never once met with him. We only spoke once for a 15 second phone call because he called to ask me why I cancelled. I cancelled way before the cancellation period. He continues to bill me for “medical services provided” as I had to include my insurance info to book an appointment. My attorney won’t let me go into more detail but we are now pursuing him legally. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES."
"If you are thinking about making an appointment with David, do it!! I went to a different counselor before David that had more reviews and I wish I went to David first. He is very understanding and doesn’t pick sides. He gives real and reasonable advice and all around I can tell he really cares about people. He is very personable and flexible with in person visits or video calls. We leave every appointment with specific things to work on and in better spirits. Thanks David!"
