"Do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional brokers. We agreed for a load, I completed the setup package waiting for the RC. One hr. later when I called the answer was “ Uh, the load was canceled” . They didn’t even bother to call right away to say it was canceled until I called them. At the end I ended up with no load today because it was already noon. Very , very unprofessional broker. This company is going straight in the black list."

"Interesting all the reviews are about catty women and dont say anything about the actual company or what they do. I used BT Transportation for the first time and have to say I was very impressed. I do a lot of trucking of various equipment. Today we used BTTs Landoll service for 30k pound stable load. Incredibly professional, showed up on time, hooked up safely and let me go about my way. All of this before the sun was up. Trucking is one of the absolutely most frustrating parts of our job, as trucking companies are usually terrible communicators, dont show up, dont call to let you know they arent showing up, and constantly wanting to change the rate for their own shortcomings. The guys at BTT exhibited the utmost in professionalism. We will be using them again soon."
