"If you are seeking to send goods in and out of your company this is not the way to go. Their team is the most unprofessional team I have ever dealt with. Nicole has a terrible attitude, has terrible managing skills. Does not know how to communicate efficiently. I had an issue with a shipment that was in her warehouse for over a year with fees accruing over a time of 1 year. Absolutely TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. You’re better off going through CEVA or someone else. Nicoles only resolution to this was that she didn’t know what happened? Well obviously you don’t, most of these issues could get resolved with stronger leadership. The sad part about this is that I’ve talked to other departments trying to get solutions and most seem very intelligent people and most gave me the same answer NICOLE is the one that has these updates. So Nicole thank you so much for being a waste of a salary. Please don’t respond with your pity message saying some generic customer service script. Nicole if you have something to say email me your lack of solutions"

"I basically gotten fired from being a general laborer from the other location off 45 N near the other company Hercules due to the staffing agency Randstad consultant not giving me a proper starting time and schedule. On my 1st day, I actually showed up 30 mins early waiting for the staffing consultant Yaya assist me with entering into the building. A day prior, she told that I would be working from 7am-4:30pm. She emailed later on that day to meet her in front of the building at 7:50am for a new start time at 8am. I get there at 7:30am and an employee had to let me into the building and Yaya arrived at 8:30am. Some of the leads that work on the floor aren't friendly, nor do they introduce themselves. During my 1st day working there, the african company supervisor assigned me with a nice latina employee who they seem to overwork. She could barely speak fluent English and understandably got frustrated with trying to train me efficiently. The other latina women tried to also help train me. I was being singled out as problematic because of bad management on the production floor. They didn't assign me with someone who spoke fluent english. Management in the office were friendly and accommodating and helped me to get a badge to start work. The african supervisor told me that the next day that he wanted me to come in at 9am. I informed him the schedule Yaya gave to me. Yaya later spoke to me and confirmed what the supervisor told me and that she has to comply with their last minutechanges. Yaya didn't initially communicate that to me within the interviewing process this past Wednesday. Today, I was under the impression that I was supposed to come in at 9am. I arrived at 9:15am because of traffic. The supervisor told me to wait in the break room. Here comes Yaya who asks me to hand over both my badge and vest and informed me that I won't be able to work with Randstad for 6 months. She tells me that I was supposed to come in at 8am. I explained to her what the supervisor told me the previous day, she brushed off everything I explained and claimed that I made her and Randstad look bad. Really..."
