"We love Miss Olga. Our almost 5yo daughter has had some concerning speech differences from as early as 2yo—a significant lisp and inability to produce /r/ sounds along with a few others. She met all other milestones and is super bright, but bc of her speech differences, we found many people outside of her immediate circle were having a hard time understanding her. We were able to get speech therapy for free at her local school—unfortunately, it’s only once a week for 30 mins in group setting. Although it helps, we were worried about the slow timeline. That’s when we decided to bite the bullet and pay for private speech therapy and we found Miss Olga. Since receiving therapy from Miss Olga, our daughter has made leaps and bounds of improvement. With Miss Olga’s thorough coaching, our daughter can now recognize certain sounds, for example /r/, at the beginning, middle and end of words and subsequently recognize when she mispronounces these sounds and forces herself to correct them with proper tongue placement.
