"Update: At 11:30 AM my package arrived. I did not receive a text or call that they were on their way but, they made it. The driver was nice and courteous and had a very difficult time getting the pallet up the drive, but he did it! Original: I paid almost $300 to have tile delivered to my home. I received notice that delivery would take place on a Tuesday between 10am - 2pm. I stayed at home awaiting the delievry, only for it to be canceled at 1:30 because of a truck breaking down. I was told the delivery was re-scheduled to Wednesday, same window. It is now Wednesday, 11AM and I still do not have my tile and I've received zero communication about today's delivery. It's as if Estes believes everyone has no job and can just sit around at home all day, everyday, just waiting for them to MAYBE bring the products you paid for using their delivery service you paid for."

"Worst company ever! Not even worth a star! Never received item even though they said they tried to deliver it which was lies because they never called me or my spouse. Spoke to Connie and Cora and they just gave the run around and said they will have connie call back and she finally did hours later after I called back explaining how unprofessional this was. I finally just cancelled the order and called walmart for refund. Their customer service is horrible and very unprofessional! Choose another company for deliveries to save you frustration!"

"5 stars for Connie at the Houston terminal!! We had a shipment go out and it was delayed due to a truck breaking down. The shipment still hadn't been delivered until 3 days later, for reasons unknown. Connie followed up with this every day and even called me the day it was delivered to tell me that it was. You just don't get service like this anymore. Going that little extra mile really does make a difference and Estes will continue to be quoted by us even though we had issues BECAUSE of Connie. Thank you!"
