"The company was good at first until a new boss came.i been with the company since it started. They hired him and he don't believe in the drivers words,but certain people that he is very cool with inside the office he take their side over the truth. It's really not worth working for a place like this that has a dispatcher that can talk to you any kind of way and also never take her own mistakes ,but blames it on the drivers as well as her employees that works inside the building with her.we have had so many turn overs as drivers and as inside building workers. I never seen it so bad until this change was made. So I really hope that if you reading this to make a better choice for work.the reason she getting away with what she do is because her and the boss is real good friends. So just remember, he will listen to you but he really not,because of the close relationship they have."
