"Booked the load with Robin for a power only on a Wednesday and waited two days for the actual container number then she said on friday that we were going to pick it up at her yard then waited the whole day for her driver to pick it up at the port to bring it to her yard and when she let us know my driver got there and she says that it was supposed to be for a flatbed not a power only because her trucks were the ones doing the PO because they were bringing the chasis back. We asked her for a TONU and she said she cant and that she doesn’t owe us anything after we waited the whole day for her load because she can see on her ITS that shes being posting it the whole week for flatbed even though our rate con clearly shows PO. Bad business it was their mistake not ours they have 0 respect for drivers and their time."
