"They're incompetent at this facility... They were supposed to deliver a pallet to me on March 22nd but apparently it got left on the docks at t-forces Dallas location then told me me it would be in Houston the next day but they wouldn't be able to deliver in it to me until the following week on the 29th because they only come to area once a week so I had to drive 70 miles to go pick up my own freight from them even though I paid 400$ for shipping .. this location didn't even try to make it right ... Horrible service"

"If I could give them a negative star I would. They promised delivery three times and never delivered. I picked up the shipment to get it home to find out they lost parts and damaged others. If they wouldn't have opened the pallets nothing would have been lost or damaged."

"Pulled Up to get a freight package. The lady at the front desk was super sweet. Once I checked in a was instructed to pull into a designated area for pickup. A guy came with a forklift and put my freight package inside the van. Smooth process!"

"What a joke this service is. Not once, but every time I have had the bad luck of a vendor using this service the shipment has been messed up and anywhere from days to weeks late. One time in particular, once the pallets arrived full of crystal, they had two large punctures right through the middle of the wrapped 6 foot tall stack of boxes. These were also 2-3 weeks late at this point. The driver and I discussed it and he mentioned that this shipment had been sitting on the loading dock for days and the morning of the delivery someone hit it with a fork lift. They didn't just hit it, they drove the spikes all the way through it. Now we are at today. I have a shipment that is supposed to be here. I called yesterday after it showed up on tracking at my local terminal. I had a long discussion with a representative to make sure every aspect of this delivery was covered. After I was given full assurance that it was I went about the rest of my day. Today, it hadn't shown up so I ran the tracking again and now it shows there is an exception because they don't have a phone number listed. When connected to the local terminal there absolutely terrible office staff refused to allow me to discuss this with a manager, but rather than saying know she said let me get you with the right person and slammed the phone down then hung up. Terrible service, terrible customer support, all around worthless. If you want to make your customers mad then use UPS Freight. They are a joke and I recommend you not only use anyone else, but also refuse to allow suppliers to use them to ship to you."

"Absolutely awful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dread having to pickup shipments from this place. Every pickup takes an hour for them to bring out and the shipments are usually damaged. I freaking despise this place and everyone who works there."
