While approaching the man door beside the docks at 0749 two of your employees hollered something unintelligible at me " couldn't hear as I was walking in front of my running truck" as I continued to walk toward the door your employee closed the door stood inside looking at me holding his arms out and above his head as if to say " what"! He opened the door and I said I'm sorry I couldn't hear you, he very rudely exclaimed " 8 oclock"! I said I'm sorry but I don't understand your hand signals and I couldn't hear you clear out by my truck. He had no response as he slammed the door closed in my face. Do you approve of your dock employees treating your delivery drivers as if we are so much less than they are? You really should discuss this with your employee, unfortunately he made this mistake with the wrong person this time. I'll be in touch soon with your employees name and other pertinent information regarding his poor behavior as he refused to give me his name. Receptionist stated that she in fact was sorry for his behavior that it seems to be a recurring issue with this particular individual."

"I had to wait on another truck which didnt take too long. Took them about 30mins to load me. The best part is the guy tells you what to expect as soon as you back in. He told me it would be about 30mins and thats what it took. Bathroom is there. Not a lot of extra room if you get there too early. Traffic wasn't terrible though. I would definitely take the chance on arriving early. Be carefully not to pass the building. It sets back far from the road. You have to drive through the parking lot of other warehouses to get to them. When you leave you can go either right to 610 or left to I-10. Great location right off the interstate. Truckstop with scales up McCarty justbpast I-610. He loaded my 43000 perfectly for 48 ft trailer though. (If you get talc powder for brown summit nc, the address on the bills is correct)"
