"I've used U-Pack twice for door-to-door cross country moves. The first time I used a relocube, the second time I purchased space on a trailer. Both moves were effortlessly successful. I have found U-Pack to be dependable and affordable. Drivers on all sides have been professional, flexible, and courteous. The online moving dashboard made managing communications and scheduling easy. Timing was on point at all ends, and updates were accurate along the way. I'd definitely use U-Pack again and I highly recommend their services."

"I made a reservation for July 26, I was called a day later and was told there weren’t any pods available but they can give me a trailer for the Same price. I told them that have to call back to talk to my apartment complex. The rep agreed and he would put it in to confirm. After I talk to my apartment I called back and he never put the information down and they wouldn’t agree to what he said. I then made a reservation for the 31 of July for the hours of 8am -11. At 11 am I called u- pack to see were my pod is. They told me it won’t be here until 8 tonight. I ask to speak to a manager . The lady on the phone said someone will call me back in a hour. It’s now has been 7 hours no call back and no pod. Very unprofessional. I have called twice this week just to make sure it will arrive at 8 am. I am supposed to start my job on Wednesday in another state. Would not recommend"

"U-Pack was easy to communicate with and the driver that dropped the truck off to be loaded in Texas was very helpful and professional. Our only issue was the delivery of the container in South Carolina. The trucking company did not want to deliver on the day we wanted so they could combine 2 trailers in a single haul 2 days later. They then delivered 4 hours later than promised. We had to scramble to adjust our unloading help at the last minute, which was added stress. I would use them again, but there would be more conversation on how the delivery would be scheduled and the empty trailer picked up."

"Really had a hard time finding a trustworthy transport company . But I definitely found one, and this was it ! To start of they gave me a rate and then a great discount ! Booked the cube only needed for one room , so all I needed was one cube . They picked it up no problem . Items got delivered in a timely manner ,I choose the day for them to drop it off ! ATTENTION: wrap you items in bubble wrap , secure them with the bungee hooks , old blankets . All my items from flat screens , dressers, etc came without any damage . With these kind of companies you need to patient. Anyways i am soo happy and satisfied. Definitely recommend to anyone."

"As instructed, I called them an hour in advance to give them enough time to arrange for a trailer to load my stuff into. I went there on time and I was made to wait almost an entire hour for the trailer. I had to pay my movers for their extra hour because U-pack could not get their act together. They wait until all the stuff was loaded into the trailer to tell me that the stuff was not arranged properly. The whole loading process had to be repeated. How hard can it be to provide instructions beforehand ? And how hard can it be to be to stick to your schedule so you don't waste people's time and money? The worst part was this sign at the entrance claiming their employees were the best in the land. Someone should tell them..."
