"They were at an outside event and were doing glitter tattoos for everyone. Waited a few minutes in line to receive. Took a few minutes to do. Lots of glitter that is extra when the tattoo is done. Needed to leave the stencil on so that the extra glitter comes off easier that sitting on my arm all day in the 80 degree weather. Both ladies doing the tattoos were nice."
