"They flooded our home, blamed it on a 12 year old child (who was not present during the move), and refused to pay for $41,000 worth of damages. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't use them. Ever."

"This organization is affiliated with Mayflower and their parent company, Uni-Group. In the strongest way possible, avoid this organization. They will damage your items and not provide adequate compensation. They were late. Items were damaged and they offered a weak bottled response from a paralegal. They offered a $476.00 refund for thousands of dollars' worth of damaged items. Honesty and integrity are missing from their practice. Avoid them and seek a better resource elsewhere."

"I would give zero star if I can. We move form Texas to South Carolina and the whole process was extremely stressful. They are not transparent in the quoting for pricing total, the movers are unprofessional movers - several items were broken, scratched, and the boxes are just battered. I was given a range of when our items would arrive. After double checking with their manager multiple time and being reassured that our things will not arrive for another 5 days. I arranged for painting services and paid deposit, the manager called me back and said that our stuff would come the next day and if we can’t take it because it’s part of the range for delivery then too bad. They have no integrity or interest in treating the customer properly. They have no process in place for complaints. They are part of Mayflower moving, and the parent company also handles claim poorly. If you are in between Mayflower and Allied, goes with Allied. I should have done that."

"Cooper and Marvin were my movers and they moved me from my house to an apartment in just a couple of hours! They were very personable, professional and knowledgeable. They had to move my furniture up two flights of stairs and around a few corners and they did it easily. Beth at dispatch was also very nice and informative. Can't say enough good things about this company. Well done guys!"

They made it so stressless and easy. From my first phone call to get my free estimate all the way to delivery at my new place, this company stood by my side and helped every bit of the way. The estimate I received from this company was EXACTLY what I paid when the job was FINISHED. I was absolutely thrilled. I had a personal consultant that kept me up to speed throughout the move, making sure everything was in place and everyone was on the same page. My movers were wonderful people. They packed me, loaded the trucks, met me at my new place and unpacked me there. It was wonderful to have the same team throughout the move. I trust them and they took care of my things. I HIGHLY recommend this company and these people. Thanks to them my move was so successful, and so easy!!! I’ll be using them if and when I move again."
