"This place is a joke! They didn’t come pick up my package, and didn’t inform me that they weren’t coming. After several calls they told me to load it up and take it to the terminal. After arriving I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or the door. What a crock! If it wouldn’t cost me 10s of thousands of dollars to wait till Monday, I’d ship it with someone else. After an hour of calling and getting the run around, they tell me that I can’t drop it off at the terminal after 4:30pm. All this after I was told that they would be there until 10:30pm to drop it."

"OTR Drivers stay away, they give you a hard time at check in instructions unclear. When i asked to speak to her supervisor she said i am not calling the supervisor. Finally ended up speaking to the supervisor and finally got clear instructions. Still ended up waiting 6 hours to get loaded. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Our company no longer will do business with them. The are an air shipper masquerading as an LTL carrier. Their pro number system is unlike any other trucking outfit. Freight brokers hate them. They bulldog freight across the warehouse floor (push rather then lift with the forklift) which damages freight. Long lines, long waits to pick up or drop off. Avoid. We ship product all over the USA and Canada every week. Our freight broker service removed them from the line up of shippers because they have had so many problems. And we thought xpo was the worst."
