"Just came through driv, asked for a moment to order food cashier still rushed up saying are u ready to order. Ordered and was confused on the total price. Cashier gives out wrong drink when I ordered two completely different ones. Looking at the receipt I was charged for two extra items I didn’t pay for. Try to hire employees that can listen pls."

"The food is fine but I prefer the location on 45N and Cypresswood because this location always takes a LONG time no matter how many people are dining inside. They get orders wring a lot but they usually make up for it and give you something extra. Even when I ordered on the app ahead it took like 30 minutes!!"

"I've read some of the other reviews, and I agree. This "specific" taco bell is horrible, worst I've ever been to. I don't understand it, but they are so slow and the staff doesn't seem to care AT ALL. And they always seem to mess up on your order. The next closest one is 5 extra minutes away (both ways and based on reviews for that one, not sure it's any better). The Taco Bell app is horrible, the service is horrible, the amount of problems they have completing an order is horrible.. and the other day I saw someone rummaging through the prepped mobile deliveries.. glad I was there for pickup, even if it took an absurd amount of time for them to do their job. And there was only one other person in Drive Thru.. also waiting a ridiculous amount of time for them to then just get the order wrong. Such a waste."
