"Checking pets in to Cargo flights with Delta at Houston IAH Bush Intercontinental is a breeze if youu know what to do. The employees are pleasant and the paperwork is minimal and their Dash service allows check in just one hour before the flight which is awesome for really short notice arrangements for Pet transportation services or for sending a pet that is rescued to its new owner in another state. Actually arranging the flight for dogs and cats and making sure everything else like the size of crate and the weight and the health certificate and other Minor Details that need to be in order for your pet to be accepted for flying in cargo on Delta is best left to an expert like myself. At Angel Pets of Houston we provide ground and air pet transport services for cats and dogs, and we discount for rescues. We cannot ship out or receive any pets internationally or domestically and to make it easy for you so your pet will not need quarantine. We can even clear your pet through customs if they arrived at IAH International."

"I would agree with the review stating they take too long checking in and their flippant attitude! We were flying a puppy. We get there 2 hours and 15 minutes before the flight. A worker weighs her in and tells us to wait in the office They keep us waiting for 45 minutes (not busy, no one in the office!) and then tell us the puppy is within the 2 hour window and has to be re-booked! The agent that kept us waiting just says "call & put her in the next flight in one hour", obviously not trained with how connections and pets work! Pup has to be delayed to 5 1/2 hours later to get to it's destination making the receiving end drive to the airport to pick her up at 10 pm!"
