"**A WARNING TO EMERGENCY ROADSIDE COMPANIES** This company called us out for a roadside service. Rates were discussed on a recorded line and the client was advised that even if the truck did not take the forced regen they would have to pay for our services. They agreed to these terms and we moved forward with taking the required information. Once we arrived on site, we were never able to get a hold of the company to provide an update or for payment regarding the service we were called out for. Unfortunately, we always run the risk with these mom and pop company's running out on the bill, but we will update our process to avoid this issue in the future, thank you for the lesson. If outstanding balance is paid I will remove the review, otherwise it will remain as a warning to other roadside businesses that this company may contact in the future."

"Falcon Carriers are the worst. We carried and delivered a load on time, as agreed. Falcon has not paid us and over 60 days have past. We have reached out via phone and email and has gotten no response after we spoke with someone the first time, Jarrett hung up in our face and now will not answer for us or our factoring company. DO NOT CARRY ANYTHING FOR THEM!THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU!!!"
