"A no pressure trucking company with a great work environment. There's no such thing as a perfect job or company. You simply get back what you put into it. I've worked at TFS for many years and have found it to be a job and workplace that treats you with respect and dignity. The office staff, shop, equipment and maintenance personnel are top notch and go above and beyond to satisfy their customer needs as well as keeping their drivers on their steady runs as well as giving them ample home time to be with their families. * UPDATE* Since I last reviewed TFS, a few things have changed. TFS was acquired by Tri-National Inc (TNI) based out of MO back in January 2023. TNI is a much bigger and better equipped company operating in 48 states plus Canada. They run Volvos instead of Freightliner tractors and have a large amount of trailers. Their routes are longer than what TFS ran and drivers of course have to stay out a few days at a time as opposed to being home daily. This may not be suitable for all drivers but they try to accommodate each individual accordingly. Just as any other company TNI has their share of faults and misgivings, but they do their best to prepare and adapt to these situations. I operate out of their Houston Terminal and sometimes deal with their dispatch and safety department out of the corporate office in MO. The few times I've dealt with them, their personnel have been kind, professional and helpful in answering any question I may have. I've yet to encounter a problem or situation that they can't fix. As far as I'm concerned TNI is definitely an improvement over TFS in their pay scale, equipment and overall job security. Just like TFS, they offer a full line of benefits (medical, vision, prescription, etc), vacation time, as well as a 401K plan. I worked for TFS for 19.5 years before becoming a TNI driver due to the company merge, and I can honestly say that after a period of adjustment, I'm proud to be a part of this "new team". It's a great company to work for and I plan on being with them until time dictates otherwise."

"I thought Tni was a descent company but after how I see they operate, they are one of the most unprofessional trucking companies I ever seen...The Slip Seating is HORRIBLE n RIDICULOUS, u might be waiting a whole week just to get an truck to get back to working.
