"Driver was courteous and polite but was a half-hour late picking me up. I barely got to my appointment in time. There were safety issues. Instead of using hands-free cell phone mount, driver drove with one hand and her cell phone in the other to reference navigation while constantly looking down at the phone. When picking me up after the appointment driver was confused where that should be. Driver needs more training and experience."
