"Warning - From one business to another, you shouldn't use this courier service. At first, when our company used this service, they were friendly and cordial. We received a quote, issued a p.o. and that was the end of the story. As of late, it seems as if the company has gotten "too big for their britches". We would get a quote, issue a p.o. and then have a higher amount bill come in. We would call to try and resolve it and were told that we owed the higher amount because of some fault of our own. As a Merry Christmas to us, the company OWNER told us today (after we called to complain about another bill that was received at a higher amount, even though the owner provided the quote directly to us) that we didn't have to pay the higher amount, he would just close our account. Frustrated - certainly. Disappointed - Most Definitely. IF THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR QUOTES, HOW IS THAT MY FAULT?
