"The experience was an episode!!! The lack of communication ended up with the party bus going to the venue, having an accident and subsequently, not arriving to pick up the guests to transport to the venue!! As a result, a second bus came, with none of the drinks, ice, cups which were included in the package. The 70th birthday party was an hour late, due to the poor service of this company!!"
