"The absolute worst. They delivered two different orders (1 was a partial delivery) for a total of six interior doors. Two of the Doors were not delivered. Four of the Doors were clearly and visibly damaged, yet they delivered them anyway. I have made three (3) calls to them and they have not returned my calls."

"It looks like 2024 is not off to a good start. This is my second review for them, and the one star goes to the lady that answered the phone and tried to help me. As always, we are waiting for our payroll to be delivered. It should have been there hours ago, but no explanation, just that they will "try" to have it there within the next hour. This is just not acceptable, but what choice do I have since ADP continues to use this service. If given an option, please don't go with Data Rush....anyone else has to be better. Happy New Year!!!"

"They sent two people for white glove delivery. One clearly incompetent and the other trying to not be a snitch. Not only did they fail to complete install but then lied and said the furniture company didn't send all the screws because the incompetent one broke the bed in numerous places, refused to call their boss said they only work off an app. You can tell the incompetent one got mad and threw bed parts around as he damaged my wall across the room and the part of the bed he threw at it was on the other side sitting in my plant. They damaged the night stand also. No one would get on the phone or give email to send pics to. What a pathetic company that doesn't take care of their customers. I paid for the service it wasn't free."

"By the reviews and the horror stories seems we will be talking of two different companies but no: my experience of a year and counting working for Data Rush as an auto parts deliverer assigned to a Ford Dealership has been very positive. I am one of the professional drivers moving full truck shipments, large and small 3 times a day on established routes. Only problem happens if the customer has not paid at the time of ordering the merchandise and when the driver arrives there is no payment so the parts cannot be delivered. Other than that any part requested, if in inventory, it reaches the customer shop between 8am and 4pm. The drivers are appreciated because they are the mobile part providing items to fix vehicles."

"Our 2 bags were delayed on American Airlines. Bags arrived at IAH the following morning at 9:05am Data Rush picked up the bags that day at 1:23pm. Their website said bags to be delivered by 3:30pm. It is now another day later and no news. They do not answer calls, they do not call back even though their voice mail says they will. Useless! And yes, I give them one star because you cannot post with no stars."
