"International van lines did a great job ! I do not regret choosing them and this service. Moving my grandmother's stuff all the way here seemed impossible until I hired them. They handled everything with care and communicated throughout the whole process. Not only did they remove a huge worry off my shoulders they saved me a lot of time and were very patient with all my needs of the personal items that needed to be handled with care."

"I was very skeptical of this company at first. I was browsing on google and they popped up but I had never heard of them. I took the chance and figured why not. They gave me a free quote which was extremely reasonable. Their customer service was amazing. I was moving from New York to Colorado and they were so polite and even fast. They helped me finish packing up my home and loaded up the truck in the best way possible. They play a good game of Tetris. I would use this company again."

"This is a continuation of the recent review I left earlier. Two hours after my review the company contacted my daughter and told her it would be approximately 21 days before she would receive her items. To our surprise the sub contacted movers contacted my daughter (knight movers another 1 star company with no integrity) and informed us they would be arriving on Saturday. When they arrived they informed her that the 18 wheeler would not fit in the loading dock designated for moving vans. IML never confirmed with the apartment to ask these questions they only ask my daughter if there was a loading dock. The sub contractors then informed her that she would have to rent a shuttle (Uhual) and pay $1 per cubic foot for them to move her items. Another $600 in. Once the movers arrived items received were broken beyond repair. Mattress torn, dresser, end table, pictures included. This has been an utter nightmare. I would never recommend this company or knight movers!!!! The driver for night movers was rude, argued with our daughter, caused her to cry, and after they told her they would be back at 1pm contacted her at 11:30am and demanded she be at the apartment."

"We looked at several companies and decided to hire this company to assist our daughter’s move. At first they were hands on, returning calls, reassuring us on delivery and price. They explained we would have to pay for any additional pieces that were added day of. On February 16, 2024, moving day, we had to walk the movers through the contract to verify the items that were listed were not items added. They didn’t take great care of the load which concerned me. They didn’t seem to care about fragile or glass items and stacked heavy boxes on top of light ones. 3 hours later we receive a paper stating that the 6-8 added pieces, two small end tables, two plastic bins, a couple of framed pieces added 300 cubic feet which increased the bill to $1500. They also tried to tell us that the art had not been added to the inventory sheet which we had specifically addressed with the company upon hiring them because those were of importance. Furthermore, they charged us $175 for a TV box, which was not brought up to my daughter since we had listed TV as an item to be moved. My daughter contacted the company and left a message and to this day has yet to get a return call. The head of the crew spoke broken English and therefor what he was saying wasn’t adding up. I addressed the exorbitant amount and he quickly said he would only charged us an additional $700 for the added items. This struck a cord with me. Did he just think we would not question the high fee, the amount added was almost 1/3 of the original quote for a 2 bedroom one bath house. This is where it gets worse. The same guy rewrote the final contact two more times on separate carbon papers. Upon handing it to us to sign the numbers again didn’t add up of what was expected once items arrived to the final destination. My daughter caught $1000 mistake to their favor which he then apologized and said that’s why he has to write it numerous times. Since then my daughter has called the company everyday to get updates on the expected date. No one has yet to call her back. Since this is a national company maybe people have experienced adequate service but for us it’s been a nightmare and now my concern is whether all her items will arrive. I’ll be happy to edit this review once items are received. Until then it’s not worth the headache to save a couple of hundred $$. The lack of response, reassurance, price gouging, and misrepresentation is worth the extra hundred you’ll spend for peace of mind."
