"Never ever use this business for any trucking needs. They cost me $30,000 in business last night over a simple not picking up the phone. They also didn't attempt to notify me when the came to my warehouse for delivery, claiming that we were not there so they can place the blame on our head. What kind of business has employees that has one simple task and doesn't even accomplish that??????????????"

"Worst customer service from a LTL Terminal in all of Houston. Will not answer phones to help after missing picks up for days. They ask you to email them but take hours to respond and ask for information that is already included in Original email. I advise everyone to avoid business with this terminal!"

"For 5 business days, I have waited for them to pick up my pallet and they keep coming up with excuses that their truck is full and or running late. I requested for earlier pick up for the next day and the same excuses once again. Before this, the dispatch could not find my BOL and said I have the wrong number and he could not help with anything until I gave him the correct number. He refused to look up anything to help me. Not worth trying to get anything done here. No direction with what is going to happen and only lies and excuses from anyone here. Not worth anyone's time, just disappointment here."

"Absolutely terrible! DO NOT USE THEM! Try calling them. I dare you! They delivered 40 cases on a skid. The said and their B/L states DO NOT STACK ON TOP! That means do not put another pallet on top of this one. I guess they CANNOT READ! 10 of the 40 cases are damaged and when I try to call their local number in Houston or their 800 number, it just rings and then cuts off. These guys are terrible! I may have to sue them. Jerks!"
