"I was unsure if I should use the services at Paqueteria Morales because I usually try to stick to more main stream companies like DHL or UPS. After having a separate package lost for weeks and finally returned with DHL and UPS stating that they don't offer tracking numbers for packages to Mexico because they can't guarantee "customs wont keep it" I decided to try this company. Unfortunately, statistically Mexico has a low rate of receiving packages sent from the U.S. So, I was looking for something less conspicuous. Their method of delivery was perfect! The way they package the boxes with a clear wrap and fasten it with metal straps at no extra charge made this delivery affordable and secure. Once they personally drive your package to Mexico, they hand it to a Mexican courier called 'Estafeta' who will only hand deliver it to a person at the desired address. This coupled with their $200 insurance guarantee was all I could ask for. I only spent $50 in total to send my package of valuables to Mexico, whereas DHL was charging $100 (I didn't even bother asking UPS). My dad received his birthday gift and had to use pliers to open the straps, insuring their promise of security. I will definitely be using their services again! Thank you Paqueteria Morales!"
