"The shipping/delivery process is TERRIBLE. I ordered a bike from an online retailer and apparently they use this pathetic excuse for a small business. SMT is supposed to call you to schedule delivery to your address on the arrival date. Problem is, I never received a call at all. I ended up having to contact the company that sold me the product to get the tracking number, and then try to track the bike down myself. I was on hold with these places for almost an hour total and talked to at least 6 different people. Finally they get me to the right person and it turns out they had the incorrect phone number so they couldn’t make the appointment. Delivery ended up being delayed ANOTHER 2 days since they won’t deliver on Saturdays AND then they missed the scheduled delivery date for the next week… I called them again and they apparently had my ADDRESS wrong too and tried to give the bike to a random person. I ordered the bike on 6/18 and as of 7/2/18 I have still not received it. Let's put these cut-rate carriers out of business and use Fedex or UPS!! Hands down the absolute WORST delivery experience I have ever had."

"I was informed my delivery was to be delivered on 6/6/18 from 1pm to 6pm. So I took off of work to accommodate the delivery schedule. I was notified at 3pm my items did not make it on the truck but was assured it would be delivered the next day 6/7/18. Here it is, 6 o'clock on 6/7/18 and no packages or anyone in the office to answer questions. So now I have to take a 3rd day off of work? They better be paying me for the time."

"Called for pickup at 9:00 am. After being lied to three times by your customer service agent about when you would pickup our shipment, and an hour and a half after we told them we would normally be closed, they told me the driver was an hour away! When I asked to speak to manager, they told me there were none! I guess I should not expect anything else from a company where the liars run the company without management! Would not recommend this to anyone who actually needs something moved in a timely manner!"
