"“Juanita” the receptionist of this office is very rude has zero customer service skills. I called 3 times yesterday did leave a message every time because no one answered, I called again this mother for my surprise they didn’t answered the phone either so I keep calling until “Juanita” finally answered the phone. I explained my frustration of been waiting for the results for over 3 months her attitude was very cold and unprofessional she even hang up on me. She was very vague, unhelpful leaving me feeling frustrated it was very evident the lack of courtesy and empathy coming from “Juanita” she didn’t want to give me her last name. I did have to come in person to the office to get the proper help Dr. Kim Jermany was very sweet and apologize for the inconvenience of the receptionist “Juanita”."
"Secretary at the front office is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. She is a middle aged Hispanic lady who works at the hurst location. I asked to speak to a manager because of how hostile and rude she was being and she said she was the only person working there. My phone conversation with her ended with her hanging up after yelling at me saying I don’t work there, so I wouldn’t know how things work. According to her their manager was recently fired for giving false expectations of when reports were supposed to be done. Been waiting 4 months now for my sons report. Every time I call they’re always giving the run around. Several ABA therapy facilities have informed me that their office no longer works with DFW psychology because I’m not the only family that had to wait for their child’s report. Every ECI worker and ABA intake person has informed me that the wait times like this are unheard of. We paid almost $1,000 for this diagnosis and we’re literally at the mercy of this office. Very upsetting as a patient. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is about the manager Vanessa at the Burleson location. She was very kind to me and gave me what I was needing. Moral of the story, go to the Burleson location, NOT THE HURST. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before spending money at the hurst location"
"Made an appointment 3 weeks ago and was told I didn't need a refferal from my primary care. Now today they call and tell me in a panic I have 3 days to get a refferal. I just canceled my appointment it's not worth dealing with an office that doesn't have their stuff together."
"My daughter's psychological evaluation was September 22, and she was there for 30 minutes. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would be 2 hours. I get this is an estimate, but 30 minutes seemed very brief to run a battery of tests to evaluate for 3 different conditions. I wasn't in the room, so I don't know what occurred. I called in October to ask about the validity of results since the session was so short. I was told they got all they needed and I was told it would be 9 weeks from sept 22 to get results. It's been 11 weeks. So I call yesterday, the woman said she'd call me back that afternoon. I never got a call. I called today and was told they're working on her report, and hope to have it done by the end of the week. I said I never got called back yesterday. She replied, "yeah I was hoping the report would show up on my desk, but it didn't so I didn't call you back." Wait, what? You were supposed to call me back to update me on the status and you didn't because....? It seems off and sketchy. The timeliness is poor, as well as communication. The families that seek this type of service are probably already under stress from their child and are trying to be solutions oriented. I don't understand why this place does not feel the need to be timely with reports or cares to maintain communication with clients. I wouldn't recommend these people. It's apparent they are only there to get money from your insurance company and you. They really aren't interested in helping your family."
"I took my two children here (Hurst location) for evaluations. They did great with my boys, even during the child interview. Had no problems with insurance or getting an appointment. We got our results within 6weeks. I even had my own evaluation done here because they did so well with my boys. My only issue was getting my results but I believe my mailman delivered to the wrong home, DFW fixed it by sending me another copy. Would recommend this place."
