"I took my son in for sore throat. Erin at the front desk was so nice and got us checked in. Wait was not long at all. The nurse D’andra was quick and efficient with the swabbing process and Dr. Wilks was amazing, he came in, was very friendly, got him checked out and sent us on our way with a prescription. Definitely recommend this CareNow."

"Went in at 1:33 for a allergic reaction rash. Really just needed a steroid shot & or steroid cream for my face. Every thing was going great until I simply asked what place I was in line as far as the wait. I’m like the most passive person when it comes to this, because I’ve made a career working with the public & I know how the day can get. I walked up to the front office. The doctor (I later realized), another doctor/or nurse, & the receptionist were speaking together. She told me I’d we next in line. Comfortable interaction. Went back to the room. The doctor came in not 30 seconds later. He says well Mrs. Brasher, since your time is so precious, let’s get up here and see what we can do about this rash. I immediately felt like I was being badgered. But, I let it slide. I need relief! Hopped up on the table. He goes on to say, I’ve listened to the last lady complain having to wait for 20 minutes, so let’s get this done. I was like wait a minute. I wasn’t complaining. I simply asked what placed I was in line. I wasn’t snotty or rude. Long story short, I left out of there at 3pm, no relief. I was really just shocked. I kinda got a teary eyed while asking for my refund. Called my husband. He came in & was a bit upset. I’m only assuming I pissed the doctor off because I interrupted his talk time. We have been coming here for years. There was one person in the waiting room with me. Wasn’t really that busy. I’ve been in before, bad busy& was able to get out with treatment in a timely manner. I was just shocked. I can understand this at a drive thru, but at a health care facility? Wow."

"Great experience. The clinic was clean, staff was efficient, Josiah at the front was friendly and effective. They called for any info and I waited at home until they told me to come in. Wait times were reasonable once I arrived. The visit was affordable"

"Scheduled appointment on line. Completed paperwork on line. They called with an approximate wait time ,which was reasonable. Texted when ready. 10 min wait at facility before being taken back. Seen by doctor quickly. Faster than my primary care. Pleasant staff. Good experience."
