"It's not possible to give 0 stars, if so I would. I walked in to All-american Crane and Rigging and after speaking to the owner, and discussing the fact I was a NCCCO crane operator that DID NOT have a CDL, that I would come on and would be giving the help to obtain a CDL and would agree to a 1 year contract to stay with the company, which was fine since I was looking for a permanent position. After speaking with the owner and both agreeing on a pay scale to start, and filling out paperwork, I was sent to do a drug screen. I was told because of the holiday check back Tuesday, which I did, no results yet.. checked Wednesday and was told someone would get back to me. Called again this morning asking if my results were in and got forwarded to someone who acted as if they couldn't find my paper and would get back to me. So I waited and finally called the owner to find out what was going on, and he told me,..".yeah sorry, after you left two other CDL holders came and applied so we went with them"... Wow, so no one was gonna tell me? I turned down 2 jobs that I can't get now cause I was under the impression I was hired with this company. Horrible business ethics. I won't ever work for them, with or without a CDL, and I recommend using a different company for your needs. If they will do this to a potential employee, what are they doing to clients?"

"If you want the job done right, then I highly recommend All American Rigging. This team of guys should have their own Reality TV show. I was so impressed and they were have fun enjoying what they were doing. I will definently use the Company again. Hats off guys. Thank you."
