Not only that he is always talking loudly on his phone while walking into my shop paying no attention to the business we are trying to run or that we may be on the phone with customers. #theworst"

"The support center is in need of modernization and renovation to meet current standards. Averitt should consider the addition of toilets within each shower facility. Additionally, there is a requirement for an expansion of the shop area. During the summer months, it's worth noting that the yard can become excessively hot, which can lead to discomfort for employees and drivers alike."

"I was expecting a replacement patio door that was delivered without being notified that the door had been dropped off. I was not asked to sign for it even though the email I recieved stated that a signature was required, when I called to inquire about it, I was told that the driver would come back to get my signature. Never happened."

"Averitt Express wouldn't take responsibility for a damage wood door that was pick up from Houston and taken to California. Their reason was cause it wasn't secured enough to prevent damage when transporting. We use many freight carriers for the same kind of delivery, secure the same way on the pallet, with no issues or damage products. I can't stand a company that doesn't want take responsibility for their mistakes or at least meet you in the middle to help with the replacement of the product. Now I had to spend over $600 to resend a new door and cover freight cost, which that door was received without any issues. I won't be using Averitt anytime soon, cause they won't take any responsibility for their actions on their behalf."
