"I took my two young dogs for nail trims. They have only had a few nail trims so they were pretty nervous. My girls are basset hound mixes so they're fairly big already. The young girl who was doing nail trims didn't seem very experienced with young dogs. She turned us away because my girls were wiggling too much and nervous... We ended up going to another groomer at a competitor and they had no problems whatsoever completing the nail trim for the girls. I think the groomers at PetSmart could benefit from additional training with young dogs."

"I have used them several times and they are hit or miss. The last time they were groomed on September 10th one of the 3 dogs was not trimmed at all. I had to take him back the next day to be trimmed they said they communicated that he was only scheduled for a wash and that did NOT occur. Why would I trim the other 2 and not the 3rd? They offered no discount, extra grooming features or anything. I had continued to take them because I felt at least it was safe and a few stray hair was worth it. However their prices increase and capabilities are declining!"
