"This was probably one of the best moves I've ever had. From the very beginning, Horace was very thorough and clear with his communication. Just from the first phone call for an estimate, I could tell that they don't mess around and would be great movers! They helped me move to my 1 bedroom apartment across town in a very professional and speedy manner while being super friendly and personable throughout the whole thing. Some of my dishes did break during the move (which happens a lot to me when moving, so I wasn't very concerned). But Horace was very adamant on reimbursing me for them which was very refreshing.
