"If you love your health and sanity avoid this company like the plague! I sent a package from Houston to Lagos and I made sure to ask how long it will take for my package to get to Lagos the Lady assured me it will take 2-3 weeks, one month later my item was still in their warehouse! By the time my item got to Lagos after 2 months, I got an alert that the item was out for delivery. One week later my item was not yet delivered!! After much back and forth, my package was delivered 2 weeks later with a Samsung phone stolen. When I made a report they promised to investigate, one month later no update!!! This company is definitely not fit to operate in any sane society. Avoid at all cost."

"Removed 2 stars for unreliable online tracking and poor communication. My order tracking information has not updated from "item received at warehouse on 9-13-2023 08:13pm." Reached out via Whatsapp and was told ETA of my consignment at Lagos seaport is 11/16/23. Followed up today only to be told "kindly be informed your shipment is currently in transit." I cannot get any response as to where it's transmitting from or when my cargo will arrive its destination. Ship2Naija you can do better than this!"

"I have been sending food items to the US (door step delivery) for some time now and I've not had issues. I had a shipment recently that I needed to be delivered really quick and a friend introduced shiptonaija. I wish I'd never heard of them. I did not get my goods at the designated time and I was not able to use the item at the time I needed it. The painful part is that after so many frustrating follow ups, rude customer service from their Naija office, I was informed that my goods were seized as DG! Note that we followed ship2naija' instructions and their employee was the one that packed the goods, so nothing restricted was contained in my package. No follow up by them on steps veing taken to retrieve the goods, the only thing I was told is to wait while also letting me know that they are not liable to pay me anything back. I have had similar situation with another company and they let me know what actions they took and I got my goods back in about a month because there was no DG. It's been almost 3 months now and ship2naija cannot even be bothered to follow up. Worst service ever and I totally regret knowing them."

"I wish I can give zero star! This is the most useless company I ever dealt with. They lack everything as a company. No transparency. No coordination. I paid for 9busniess days for delivery from the United States to Lagos Nigeria. It took this useless company more than a month to get the package to Nigeria. Because of their inefficiency, I decided to opt for pick-up when they notified me that my item was now in their warehouse. Their lack of coordination within their company failed to update the warehouse about my decision for pick up. So they handed over the package to the delivery party. Now they said they've informed the delivery agent to return the item back to them. So useless and disorganized group of people."
