"Great service very respectful delivery people"

"My wife ordered a swing set from Sam's and paid to have it delivered. After several delays with the delivery. When it was finally delivered, my wife asked if the delivery driver could place the delivery in the backyard. The driver told her no, he couldn't. The driver then proceeds to unload the swing set beside the curb. My wife asked if they could place it in the driveway. The driver proceeded to get into a verbal confrontation with my wife and reloaded the merchandise on the truck. My wife spoke to Mario at WDS Logistics and was told the order was canceled. When I called Mario, he told me his driver was intimidated by a 110-pound woman and a young woman holding a baby. If they were so intimidated by my wife, why did they take the time to reload the merchandise? To their credit, they did return it and place it in the driveway. But all of this could have been avoided with some customer service. I work in the transportation industry myself every day. We go above and beyond to serve the customer. What would have it hurt to move it 10 feet?"

"I've used several carriers across the U.S. for our business. WDS is consistently the best option. So much so, that we're now at 15 years and probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 4,000 + individual jobs. The point being, I know this company. You'll find them to be professional, efficient and affordable. They handle challenges well and when there has been the rare issue, they've gone above and beyond to serve the customer. This one's an easy 5 star decision."

"This business has been stringing me along since March. Their communications are severely underdeveloped, especially for how many people they have on staff. There has not been one time that I call and get a direct answer. It's horrible business and it's not just Michelle, the scheduler. Ordered a mattress on 3/13 to be delivered by WDS and my old one hauled away. Their first attempt to contact me was 3/26. I called back on 3/28, left a message. Didn't hear back from Michelle until 4/4. We spoke, scheduled for Good Friday 4/19 as I am not home before 5pm during regular work days. On 4/12, I get three voicemails during work from delivery guys and Michelle telling me that they're at my house with the delivery. I call back the same day and remind Michelle that we scheduled for 4/19. On 4/19, I disassemble my old bed yet no one shows to deliver my mattress. 4/22 Michelle calls me back, leaves a message to reschedule. I called back immediately and had to leave a message - again, no direct way to get a hold of someone. 4/26 Michelle calls me back and explains that she needs to get approval to deliver outside of the 5pm limit. I still have heard nothing and am still sleeping on the floor."
