"I am a returning patient. Back in 2019 I noticed that I have two herniated discs in my neck. My surgeon informed me that without surgery, I would never fully recover. But as I was not ready to do it he recommended me physical therapy, I decided to take a chance on Core Rehab and met Steve. In just the first session, Steve was able to restore feeling to my fingers! It took me nearly two months to fully recover without undergoing surgery. Steve knew exactly what to do with my neck to make it feel better and return to normal. "I just finished going to Core Rehab after left shoulder surgery involving rotator cuff repair, bicep tendon repair, and removal of distal clavicle due to arthritis. I had the opportunity to work with several different therapists who were all excellent! They used several different modalities and lots of stretching and range of motion exercises to start, then progressing to strength training. I have full mobility and minimal to no pain.
