"WORST DECISION EVER!!!! I had just shipped my car with this company. They out source their drivers who attempt to bill and go against the contract and hassles for more money. They lie about allowing 100lbs of items in the car. I had a converter set and two pillows and they attempted to charge me and additional $150. I would not work with them again. I hope that you don’t spend your money here as well. There costumer service rep will lie, their costumer support tell you to cut the lost because it will take more days to find a driver. All in all a bad decision please read this comment and do not support this business it was chaotic especially with the high rate they charge. They are equivalent to a shady car dealership."

"Honestly not surprised to see mainly negative reviews. Unfortunately, I live in close proximity to this business and often take Satsuma Dr to get home. It's always THIS company that has drivers be NEGLIGENT by not yielding to right of way cars that are passing the business while the truck driver leaves the lot. It makes more than perfect sense to WAIT two seconds for the cars to pass so that the 18 wheeler can safely get onto the road, as opposed to the 18 wheeler pulling out into the street suddenly while there are cars coming and expecting the other cars to slam on their brakes or have to reverse to give the driver enough room to leave the lot all because they could not wait. This happens almost every time I pass this business and it's ridiculous. Have some respect for other drivers on the road, or maybe don't be a truck driver or have this type of business if you can not understand what that means. Thankfully, I got the truckers license plate so I will be making a report to to 1-888-DOTSAFT and encourage anyone else who is tired of this behavior to also do so."

"They delayed transport by 2 weeks then increased the price by $600 from our signed contract price. Why give us a quote with a timeliness and make us sign a contract if you don't uphold your end"
