"Timing of the groom was perfect and we went over what I wanted when I dropped my dog off. However when I picked him up, his groom did not reflect that. I asked for a teddy bear head and pretty much all his hair is gone and it’s very choppy. It looks like something someone would do at home. I have had fine grooming sessions in the past but I am not happy with this one."
