"Hulk Heavy Haul has owed me money for my pilot car services since August of 2019. I have contacted them several times, resending my invoicing over and over...I would highly recommend not using them for your heavy haul needs...If they can’t pay the pilot car they hire, Imagine the quality of service they are really providing for you. I own a pilot car company in Nevada, I escorted one of their trucks on a load delivering to Resort World in Las Vegas on the strip in August and I have never been paid for this job. I have called and spoke with Ron several times. I have re- faxed and re- emailed my invoice many times still I haven’t been paid! I am hoping this bad recommendation will motivate this company to pay its pilot car bill to Roadrunner Pilot Car Service...at which time I will remove my posting... 9/27/20 imagine my surprise that this company yesterday said there was a communication and document problem with my invoicing! My invoicing includes everything required, date, driver name and phone number, description of the load being carried, the pick up company or address city and state, the delivery company city and state It’s a printed invoice with my information printed on it. I still to this date have received no payment. I am adding to my posting because of the reply from the company! I now will send this to collections... I encourage anyone who is Contemplating using this company for your heavy haul needs to pull their credit report! I’m sure you will have all the information you need to make a responsible decision as to who to call for your heavy haul needs, Rebecca Marteney, Roadrunner Pilot Car Owner...."

"I had the honor to sit down and meet the team at HULK HEAVY HAUL. I flew down from NY and I was greeted with open arms and hospitality, they truly did everything in their powers to make me comfortable. After touring and seeing the operations of HULK from the office to the equipment and speaking with drivers I have put my faith and endeavors into HULK. they are a exceptionally well equipped company with knowledge beyond belief and they take the time to meet every need of the customers they are working with down to the smallest detail. They stick with the shipment every step of the way to make sure the customer and driver has every tool needed to get the job done. "This was the worst company I have worked for. Ron don’t want to fix his trucks. I only worked there for a week. In a weeks time the truck broke 2 times in 1 week. I told rob and the mechanic told Ron the truck shouldn’t be driven but he put a load on the truck and it broke in Little Rock and Ron left me in Little Rock because the truck broke. I had to find a ride home and all my stuff was in the truck. I have all proof and pics to prove my claims. Don’t ever touch this company. They lie to brokers and I have proof of that too. Then Ron told me he was going to put abandonment on me and my car was on his yard and my stuff was in the truck. Straight con and very bad company. If I was a broker or driver I wouldn’t mess with company"
