"Lawrence is AMAZING. Due to the weather causing delays on flights, I was unable to get my luggage once I landed in Houston. Two days later, I still did not receive my luggage and when I called to ask when it was going to be delivered, I was responded with “we’re trying to find someone who is willing to take you your luggage”. I live in Bay City which is over an hour away from Houston, and Lawrence was the ONLY courier that was willing to make the drive so I could have my belongings once again. Definitely recommend Lawrence!!"

"Had a great experience with picking up the package. There seems to have been discrepancy in the scheduled pick up time, so when he arrived, we were not home. He waited 10 minutes for us to return and we truly appreciate it. My only concern was the date of the pickup: I was only able to get it 1-2 days after need date. I’m not sure if it was this company or a separate company in charge of scheduling pickups. So I dint want to ding this company, in case it was a separate one in charge of scheduling."
