"I have left 3 voicemails over a 2 week period and have yet to receive a call back, but was assured that I will receive a phone call back with in 24 business hours each time I left a message. Very frustrating when dealing with something that requires a deadline."

"I Initially called and was going to wait for someone to pick up but was offered a chance at a call back. They called back within a minute but hung up immediately so I had to call back again. The gentleman on the phone told me the closest place to me would be 40 mins away. I informed him that online shows there was a location 10 miles from me but he said that was not correct. I told him they should update that online, and he did not like that. He hung up on me right away. Would not want to know what the staff in the office is like if he is that way."
