"This is the worst insurance place ever! If your gonna go with this insurance go to the location off loop 288. The manager has no idea how to treat people. She was so rude when I called to ask why they charged my card 800$ for 1 month of insurance when I was only paying 400 the month before. I was so sick. That was all the money I had in my account and now my mortgage and everything else is over drafted! She wouldn't explain why and was completely out of line and rude. When I called the other location off of loop 288 that manager explained that all we had to do was switch companies and they would send the premium back to me into a check. Nobody in their right mind would be okay with just doubling my insurance without notifying me and not trying to find a way to help. I hope and pray this don't happen to anyone else but I have a feeling that with her as the manager everyone is getting ripped off with her rude self! Very unprofessional place. I want to thank the loop 288 location for helping me out so much!!"

"Called to get a quote at 6:39. First girl asked me a few questions then told me she was going to transfer me to someone else. That someone else asked me like 2 questions and hung up the phone on me never called me back. They closed at 7pm so it was pretty clear they were ready to go home and did not want to spend time giving me a quote. Y’all need to have integrity and honor closing time."
