"My daughter was being seen here but had tested positive for COVID just prior to her appointment. I did speak with Devin who understood, but then I received a text from here, reminding me to pay my outstanding bill. One that I had no clue I still had to pay. I understand having to pay for a cancellation so close to the appointment, but I kept my daughter home because she was sick and I did not want her to risk any others health. I voiced my concern to Devin who didn’t care, and all she kept saying was, “you signed the contract!” I don’t understand her logic. She then spoke with my husband and told him that I never cancelled the appointment and did a no show, and that she felt threatened by our conversation when we spoke about the payment. At that point there was no reason to move forward with them. If she can lie about something how can she be trusted trying to help someone else. Never again will we see anyone here! They don’t care about anyone except to make money. I did pay the money and that’s when we parted."
