"Absolutely fantastic to say the least. It can be a struggle finding the right counselor and therapist most of the time. I cannot stress the importance of finding someone who takes the time to hear you and understand you. I am non-binary and use gender neutral pronouns and identifiers. Previous therapists, including ones part of the Queer community, constantly negated or ignored my gender identity. I would then focus less on the content of what they were saying and more on the fact that I wasn’t being seen or heard. However that is not the case here. I have been made to feel valid and seen the whole step of the way. From initial paperwork to actual visits. It helps me feel empowered knowing that I am accepted wholly. It helps me to continue moving toward finding my peace in my identity. This is my experience and my lens. I am positive no matter who you are, regardless of age or gender identity, you will be valued and seen here."

"Beautiful new office in a great easily accessible area. Bryan Tzeng is truly amazing. He has a gift with people and my personal experience with him and his counseling style has been nothing short of life changing. Sessions are typically self paced and he has allowed me to build a level of trust and open up as I’ve felt comfortable. He’s been incredibly patient with me. He will push without bullying or making you feel obligated to talk about something. He’s incredibly unbiased and nonjudgmental. I know I could tell him about any issue or past trauma and his face wouldn’t falter and he would help me find my way through it. I have been seeing him for several years now and truly our sessions have helped me through some of the darkest periods of my life. I have always been able to find a light through counseling, because Bryan has continually provided a safe space for me no matter my mental state.
