"These reviews are incredibly accurate. It did take hours for them to send over a rate con. We arrive to pick up the load at 9:00, the exact time we agreed to, at 11:00 no trucks loaded, asked her to check with the customer and let us know, never received a call back, 0 trucks loaded at 3:00, so I called and very politely let her know we were not going to be able to haul the load (I also had 0 confidence in them paying any detention or lay over, which clearly would have been accurate) she screamed at me saying that is not how you do business and that she would black list us, etc. but then 15 minutes later, emailed me and asked if the driver could go back, she talked to the shipper and they were going to load my truck. Luckily, in between i read the reviews and we got out of there!! Good luck, stay safe out there!!"

"My personal experience I would avid this broker. They are very hard to deal with. We haul with them some just for busy work but I will not haul for them again. Most recently they overbooked trucks on a job and it took us several hours to get unloaded. Then they refused to honor their detention policy. Flat out lied to me and stated what they had in black in white was wrong... Don't end up in the same predicament as I did."
